Stella McCartney's Astonishing Shoes, Paris

I have loved these incredible boots ever since I saw them on McCartney's fall 2008 catwalk. I never bought them (they're pretty expensive) but I still looove'em, and envied this cool Lady Gaga looking girl for wearing them.
